While the outcome wasn’t quite what we hoped, we still had a good day learning to play together. As a newly formed team, it takes time to come together and work the kinks out. Half of our team was competing across the bay at the Frozen Cup so we only had two subs and played back-to-back games – a tough way to start out! That said, I was pleased to have played hard and scored at least three of our team goals today!
